General Information, Terms and Conditions of Sale

Samples:
We have a variety of samplers of actual swatches to be given away to potential customers. Please use Contact Form or simply E-mail us to get these samplers.

Prices:
Wholesale price list is available via E-mail or fax for our potential customers. All prices listed are in Japanese Yen FOB Yokohama unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. As for volume discounts, please ask for details.

Minimum First Order:
JPY 500,000 for all paper and stationery products in our product lines. JPY 300,000 for re-orders. Order not meeting minimum are subject to surcharge, which please ask for details. First order must be prepaid.

Payment:
For new accounts overseas or those without approved credit, all orders must be prepaid via bank remittance or credit card (Visa / MasterCard). On accounts where credit has been approved, terms are net 30 from date of invoice. All orders for samplers must be prepaid by credit card.

Shipment:
All paper and stationery products are shipped FOB Yokohama or FOB factory. Shipping & handling charges may be added to the invoice unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. Shipments will be airfreighted by our contract air carrier or EMS in case of small order. For any larger shipments your order may be shipped by boat under arrangements of your appointed carrier or ours. Please ask for details.

Returns:
No returns are permitted without prior approval. Our shipping containers should be reused for any return shipment unless heavily damaged.
